Committed to quality
After a rigorous survey process, HPCCR received another distinguished, three year accreditation, with “Deemed Status” from the Accreditation Commission for Health Care, Inc. (ACHC). Accreditation by ACHC signifies full compliance with the ACHC patient-centered standards. It also reflects our organizational commitment to both operational and patient care excellence. “Deemed status” signifies an additional level of compliance with the Medicare Conditions of Participation, and entails even further scrutiny. The eight-day accreditation survey was accomplished though an intense review process of medical, financial, quality, and personnel records, as well as onsite observation and interviews with patients, caregivers, staff, volunteers, HPCCR leaders, and board members.
HPCCR is proud of this significant accomplishment. We would like to sincerely thank everyone who participated in the survey process and allowed us to reach this new level of excellence!

I feel so honored to represent a company with such distinguished recognition from the medical community. As a part of the marketing team, a part of my message to the community is all of the great care and services Hospice and Palliative Care of Charlotte Region provide. The “Deemed Status”, recognition just proves that we are the best at what we do in areas of Hospice Care and Service. Thank you to all who work so hard to uphold the “Standard of Excellence”!
